Traveling Photographer Utah + Hawaii

Hi, I'm Shelly.

You can mostly find me with my family chasing our next adventure, planning trips and exploring. I Love everything about being outdoors, and in the sunshine and under the moon. I consider myself a gypsy hippie with a free spirit, but a girl can dream... I'm like a child and most days come inside after playing with the kids with dirt under my fingernails, black feet and a smile on my face, (Also, likely with a beer or bottle of water in my hand.) My end goal aside from making sure my kids are off secure in life and completely successful, is living that van life with my beautiful, dreamy husband and becoming an elopement photographer traveling the world.

I’m a carefree artist and I don't strive for perfection but oddly enough that’s what makes my images stand out. There is beauty in the chaos! I give a sense of comfort to my clients that make them feel seen in their photographs. Telling their unique story is my goal at every single session. Life is beautiful, it's a gift. Your life is worthy of leaving a legacy through the images we capture. I want you to see that you don't need a mountain, ocean, or even a painted sunset to create art. Your people are your art; your life is art! I pour my heart and soul into the images I create. A moment captured is monumental. It is a legacy that will be passed down to your children and your grandchildren. Let's create art and poetry out of your moments that will be celebrated for years to come.

“Shelly is hands down THE ABSOLUTE BEST photographer ever. Every single session I’ve had with her has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. She is incredibly sweet, easy to work with, and so communicative throughout the entire process. What truly sets her apart is the comfortable, fun, and completely non judgmental environment she creates. That is so important to me, and it makes such a huge difference in being able to relax, enjoy the experience, and feel confident during a shoot.”
